As a service provider we are responsible as per section 7 para.1 TMG for our proprietary content on these sites under general law. However, according to sections 8 to 10 TMG we are not obliged to monitor external information transmitted to us or stored on our sites, nor to seek facts or circumstances indicating illegal activity.
